FUJIFILM INDIA AND MAX HEALTHCARE TO TRAIN DETECTION OF BREAST CANCER IN THE EARLIER STAGE.

The two technological healthcare firms have decided to train Doctors to expertise in early detection of breast cancer. The Max-Fujifilm collaboration fellowship program will train the doctors in breast mammography, breast MR, breast ultrasound techniques for six months. The step was taken due to the scarcity of radiologists and limited experts for diagnosing Breast Cancer across the whole country. Fujifilm will be sponsoring an advanced fellowship in breast imaging in association with Max Healthcare Hospital under the guidance of the doctors. The training will include breast mammography, breast MR and breast ultrasound techniques for six months through the Max-Fujifilm collaboration fellowship program. The program will train two selected radiologists in a year towards the early detection of breast cancer.

By a report of the Consumer Health Ministry of India, The Breast Cancer excels the genre of cancers encountered by the women of India. Every 25,800 women are suffering from Breast Cancer among every 100000 women and 12,700 of them die. The joint venture focuses on the early detection of the same and is focussing on improving the survival rates with their advance treatments. Their Amulet Innovation is one of them.

The report from the World Health Organization says that breast cancer impacts more than 21 lakh women every year, also the reason for the greatest number of deaths in women. The women are advised to focus on their daily activities, habits, and lifestyle and they should stay away from alcohol and smoking. They are also advised to be aware of the key symptoms of breast cancer.
